DETAILS: On Saturday, Jan. 2, Hawaiian Tropic Zone inside Miracle Mile Shops hosts a UFC 108 viewing party on the 36-foot tall plasma screen wall at 7 p.m. Following the big event, “The Ultimate Fighter: Heavyweights” season 10 champion Roy “Big Country” Nelson and Jake Ellenberger will host an after-fight bash. Keeping the party going late into the night, DJ Sincere hits the decks and spins a hip-hop 40 mash up.
